When visitors leave comments/Testimonials on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

  • CCTV Footage of key areas of access on and off of the stable yard as well as the main lorry parking area

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Issue invoices for services rendered
  • Communication in case of horse/pony care needs
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Security of the premises

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. We keep contact details for a period of 7 years, aligned with accounting practices. We will then dispose your information by secure deletion. CCTV data is kept for a period of up-to 30 days after this time data is then overwritten. If for any reason the storage is to be replaced and device will be securely disposed of.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We may share this information with designated care givers such as vets or farriers. Bookkeeping teams for invoicing purposes. Further tothis CCTV data may be shared with legal such as the Police for crime prevention.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
