How we store your personal information

CCTV data is kept for a period of up-to 30 days after this time data is then overwritten. If for any reason the storage is to be replaced and device will be securely disposed of.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We may share this information with designated care givers such as vets or farriers. Bookkeeping teams for invoicing purposes. Further tothis CCTV data may be shared with legal such as the Police for crime prevention.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
